In this role, you will lead and coordinate trauma-focused educational programs that support the development of nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members across the organization. You will oversee nationally recognized trauma education courses, ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, develop and mentor instructors, and drive continuous improvement in trauma education outcomes. The Trauma Education Program Coordinator provides oversight and coordination of trauma education activities across ChristianaCare Trauma Programs. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, instructor competency validation, program operations, educational quality improvement, and documentation oversight. As the primary organizational resource for trauma education program administration, this individual collaborates closely with trauma and emergency medicine leadership, nursing and physician faculty, educators, administrative teams, and learners throughout the organization.
This is a full-time exempt position with a Monday – Friday day shift schedule.
Annual Compensation Range $85,862.40 - $137,384.00
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
