Job summary

ChristianaCare in Newark, Delaware, seeks a Registered Nurse to coordinate trauma education across the organization. You will oversee TNCC, ATCN, ATLS, ENPC and other programs, ensure accreditation compliance, mentor instructors, and drive outcomes.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with annual compensation between $85,862 and $137,384. Requirements include BSN, Delaware RN license, 3 years RN experience, BLS/ACLS/TNCC, and strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• BSN and current Delaware RN license or license by compact state.
• Minimum of three years RN experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications; TNCC Instructor preferred.
• Strong knowledge of trauma nursing and adult learning principles.
• Leadership, communication, and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trauma education course offerings and related activities.
• Administer and support TNCC, ATCN, ATLS, ENPC, and other programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, accreditation standards, and requirements.
• Maintain records of courses, instructors, learners, and outcomes.
• Recruit and mentor instructors; monitor performance and quality.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to advance trauma education.
