• Bachelor's degree in nursing and four years of related work experience, preferably in acute care Trauma/Emergency/CCU.
• Registered Nurse license for WA.
• Trauma Nurse Core Course Instructor certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and evaluates resources/services to meet trauma designation requirements.
• Develops and reviews policies and protocols for trauma care.
• Consults with trauma practitioners to address issues.
• Coordinates trauma quality improvement program with Trauma Medical Director.
• Assists in quality assurance/improvement activities for the trauma system.
• Monitors trauma clinical indicators.
