Responsibilities

  • Lead trauma performance improvement and patient safety initiatives to meet timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate across leadership, medical staff, and external partners to operationalize PIPS goals.
  • Present status reports, track milestones, and communicate risks and actions to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop corrective action plans with follow-up.
  • Ensure all activities are documented per VMFH standards and DOH/ACS requirements.
  • Analyze injury data to inform prevention strategies and program alignment with ACS standards.
