American Traveler is seeking a Trauma Performance Improvement RN to join our team in a role that blends on-site and remote days. A California RN license, TNCC, and PI experience are required, with ENPC preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license is required.
• BSN or higher is required.
• Minimum 1 year of performance improvement experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of Emergency, Critical Care, or Trauma experience required.
• TNCC certification is required.
• ENPC is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support a hospital's trauma program in a Trauma Performance Improvement (PI) role.
• On-site day shift, Monday through Friday during normal business hours (40 hrs/week).
• Hybrid model with remote days may be considered.
• Support and help drive performance improvement initiatives within the trauma program.
