Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse with a BSN degree.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in emergency, trauma, or critical care.
• Quality improvement experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical teams and leadership to evaluate trauma care, review cases, identify events and ensure proper documentation.
• Analyze trauma data, recognize trends, participate in corrective actions and drive system improvements to enhance patient outcomes and maintain accreditation.
• Provide services with an understanding of patient developmental stages across all ages.
