Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in North Carolina.
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification within 12 months.
• BSN or higher degree preferred.
• Experience in Emergency, Critical Care, or Trauma is preferred.
• ATCN or TCRN certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care across all age groups (neonates to geriatrics).
• Manage and deliver care while following trauma care protocols.
• Implement process improvement strategies for trauma patients.
• Collaborate with regional trauma teams to identify educational needs.
