Job summary

Mission Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to deliver high quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions. The CNC partners with management to monitor nursing care in line with policies and serves as a resource to staff, enhancing the patient experience.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in admission/discharge processes, and support improved outcomes and service. Coaching, scheduling, and staff development are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, ENPC, PALS, TNCC and related certifications must be obtained within specified deadlines.
• RN licensure is required to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Additional CCRN/TCRN/CEN or Bachelor's degree may be needed within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admissions and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching and training to enhance performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
