Job summary

Mission Hospital in North Carolina seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions in partnership with the management team. The CNC monitors care delivery and guides staff to ensure adherence to policies and exceptional patient experiences.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support admission/discharge processes, and work with leadership to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license required or eligible for licensure in North Carolina.
• CCRN, TCRN or CEN certifications encouraged.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required or obtained within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
