You will participate in a thorough onboarding, enjoy a 90-day competency-based orientation, mentorship, and opportunities to expand procedural skills within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Current national board certification as NP or PA, or eligibility.
• Current Missouri NP or PA license, or eligibility.
• Complete ATLS within 1 year of employment.
• No prior trauma experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across ICU, Trauma Floor, and OR.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Engage in onboarding and ongoing professional development.
