Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Oklahoma City is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for the Trauma and Surgical ICU Teams. This role involves managing complex cases in a Level 1 Trauma Center, ensuring high-quality patient care, and working collaboratively with a dedicated team. Ideal candidates should have an accredited Master's degree, active Oklahoma licensure, and at least one year of experience. The position offers a challenging and rewarding environment focused on relentless excellence in trauma services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited MSN or PA program.
• Oklahoma APRN or PA license with active Board Certification.
• At least one year of experience as an NP or PA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care and manage complex surgical and trauma cases.
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and establish a plan of care.
• Ensure compassionate, family-centered care throughout the lifespan.

Skills

Expert-level clinical knowledge of pathophysiology

Ability to synthesize data under pressure

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in procedural skills

Knowledge of medical conditions and treatments

Education
