Qualifications
1-2 years of Trauma Surgery experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive inpatient care to trauma and acute surgical patients.
Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and monitor clinical progress.
Assist with the management of high-acuity trauma and surgical cases.
Perform procedures within scope of practice and hospital privileges.
Assist in the OR as needed.
Participate in rounds, patient education, discharge planning, and care coordination.
Collaborate with trauma surgeons, residents, nursing, critical care, and other multidisciplinary teams.
Provide limited outpatient clinic coverage as scheduled.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
