Health, Inc. is seeking a Trauma Med Surg RN to provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in a fast-paced setting. You will perform comprehensive assessments, monitor telemetry, manage wounds, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

In this role, you will educate patients and families, ensure accurate EMR documentation, and contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives while upholding high standards of trauma and med-surg nursing.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with trauma and medical-surgical nursing knowledge.
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and clinical escalation.
• Competence in medication administration, IV therapy, and wound/post-op care.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring.
• Administer medications and IV therapies per clinical standards.
