Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic in the St. Louis area seeks a Trauma Med Surg Staff Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality care to adult trauma and medical-surgical patients in a fast-paced unit.

You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement nursing care plans, administer medications, monitor for changes, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes and patient safety while supporting patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license or eligibility.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking required.
• Experience in trauma or medical‑surgical care is a plus.
