Azza HealthCare Agency seeks a Trauma MedSurg Nurse in Nashville, TN to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care to trauma and medical‑surgical patients in a fast‑paced hospital environment.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate clinical documentation to support safe, effective outcomes.

Formación

• Registered Nursing licensure and ability to deliver MedSurg/trauma-focused care.
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment skills, and ability to respond to critical changes.
• Medication administration proficiency and adherence to safety standards.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient/family education skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with compassion and professionalism.
