Qualifications

• Board-certified General Surgeon with Fellowship in Surgical Critical Care.
• Prior trauma leadership experience preferred.
• Experience leading trauma program quality and safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead trauma program strategy, quality, safety, and performance improvement.
• Ensure ongoing ACS standards and regulatory readiness.
• Partner with hospital administration and medical staff leadership.
