Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• RN license in Ohio (or eligibility) required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patients' health status and nursing needs.
• Plan and implement nursing interventions to meet patient outcomes.
• Evaluate responses to care and adjust plans with the care team.
• Engage in process improvement to enhance quality, safety and efficiency.
• Operate within a High Reliability Organization to uphold safety and standards.
