Job summary

OhioHealth Grant Medical Center is seeking a Staff RN for Trauma Intermediate Care in Grant, OH. This full-time role supports nursing care across the health-illness continuum, collaborating with the care team to uphold OhioBoard nursing standards.

Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, implementation and evaluation, and active participation in quality and safety initiatives within a High Reliability Organization framework.

Qualifications

• State Driver's License is required.
• RN - Registered Nurse licensure in Ohio.
• BLS certification required by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions and outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates responses and revises care plans with the team.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement for quality and efficiency.
• Operates in a High Reliability Organization (HRO) framework to ensure safety and quality.

Associate's Degree (Required)
