Qualifications

  • Master's degree required or eligible for licensure in Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
  • Experience with youth in residential treatment or behavioral health preferred.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care, CBT, family systems, and crisis intervention.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Facilitate therapeutic groups focused on emotional regulation and trauma recovery.
  • Coordinate care with residential staff, schools, courts, and medical providers.
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
  • Provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed support as needed.
  • Educate and support families throughout treatment.
  • Participate in professional development and staff training.
