Carrington-Youth-Academy is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to provide trauma-informed, client-centered therapy for adolescents in a residential setting. The role emphasizes crisis intervention, innovative practices, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support growth and healing.

You will conduct individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring accurate documentation and compliant care while advocating for youth within a supportive, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate therapeutic environments within the residential setting to support youth.
