Nexus Family Healing-Woodbourne Campus is seeking three licensed mental health therapists to provide trauma-informed therapy for youth and teen residential clients in Baltimore, MD. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $70,000–$77,000 with strong benefits.

Responsibilities include individual and family therapy, clinical assessments, treatment planning, and collaboration with families, schools, and providers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, social work, or related fields.
• Licensure: LGSW, LMSW or LGPC required.

Responsabilités

• Provide trauma-informed, individual and family therapy for youth and families.
• Complete clinical assessments and develop/monitor treatment plans.
• Coordinate discharge planning and aftercare with families and community providers.
• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Participate in supervision, meetings, and ongoing professional development.
