Nexus Family Healing-Woodbourne Campus in Baltimore, MD is hiring three Mental Health Therapists to work with youth and teen residential clients. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with a salary range of $70,000–$77,000 per year.

Schedule typically Monday–Friday, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities. Qualifications include a Master's degree in a behavioral field and licensure (LGSW/LMSW/LGPC); a valid driver's license and HIPAA-compliant documentation are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences, social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• LGSW, LMSW or LGPC licensure is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet Nexus driving requirements.
• Ability to participate in safety crisis management training.

Responsabilités

• Provide trauma-informed individual and family therapy for youth and families.
• Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate discharge planning and aftercare services.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
