Job summary

WellLife Network in Dix Hills, NY is seeking a compassionate Child Support Professional to provide supervised, therapeutic care for youth in residence. You’ll support daily living skills, safety, and family engagement within a trauma-informed framework.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred) and a valid New York driver’s license. Competitive hourly pay of $20.60 with full benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience working with children with emotional or behavioral needs (preferred).
• A valid New York State driver’s license (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care, supervision, and therapeutic support to youth in residence.
• Offer tailored supervision and care for each resident, ensuring safety and well-being.
• Teach daily living skills and track progress in a therapeutic milieu.
• Assist with behavior management, crisis intervention, and medication adherence.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
