Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree(s) in one of the listed fields with at least 2 years of work with children.
• Ability to follow trauma-informed approaches and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and crisis handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skills teaching with clients in community and home settings.
• Improve basic living and social skills, including interpersonal functioning and parent training.
• Use psycho-educational approaches with behavior modification and counseling insights.
• Attend monthly supervision and document notes clearly.
• Demonstrate proficiency in clinical terminology and note-writing.
• Possess knowledge of software relevant to client records and reporting.
• May have after-hours crisis intervention during company operations.
• Engage in trauma-informed practices and ongoing training.
