The Louisiana Office of Juvenile Justice (OJJ) in Monroe, LA is seeking a Social Worker 6-B to deliver advanced clinical services to youth in our care. The role requires a Master’s in Social Work and licensure (LMSW or LCSW) with at least five years in social services, and involves psychosocial assessments, individual/groups/family therapy, case management, and crisis intervention.

Based at Swanson Center for Youth, this full-time position offers probationary terms.

Qualificações

• Must hold LMSW or LCSW license in Louisiana.
• Master's degree in social work plus five years of social services experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family counseling
• Collaborate with facility staff, families, and external agencies to support youth development
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and agency policies
• Assist with crisis intervention and behavioral support as needed
