Qualifications

• Experience or training in trauma-informed care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with therapeutic services and provide counseling to youth under supervision.
• Help with case management tasks, documentation, and treatment planning.
• Conduct interviews, gather social histories, and support assessments of youth needs.
• Coordinate services with clinical staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Observe and report youth behavior, progress, and safety concerns.
• Apply trauma-informed, culturally competent practices in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
• Perform related duties to support youth rehabilitation and clinical operations.
