Office of Juvenile Justice in Thibodaux, LA is seeking a Social Worker 5-A to provide advanced clinical services to youth in secure care and guide treatment plans. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to promote healing, rehabilitation, and successful community reintegration.

The role requires LMSW or LCSW licensure and a MSW with four years of relevant experience. This is a full-time, on-site position at the Thibodaux Regional Office.

Formación

• MSW with four years of social services experience.
• Current LMSW or LCSW license required.
• Experience with youth in secure care or similar setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and group counseling to youth.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with facility staff, families, and external providers.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Document services and maintain clinical records per agency standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case planning.
• Advocate for youth needs and transition to community services.
