Job summary

Lawrence Hall seeks an experienced Site Coordinator for its Older Adolescent Program (OAP) in Illinois. This role leads an interdisciplinary team to implement trauma-informed case plans, oversee the therapeutic milieu, and ensure safety and engagement of residents aged 17–21 across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 3 years of residential, transitional, or youth service experience.
• Demonstrated competence working with adolescents 17–21 and trauma-informed care knowledge.
• Must have own vehicle or access to a vehicle and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Participates in planned daily routines that foster independent living for residents and promotes self-sufficiency.
• Supervises and mentors residents, promoting hygiene, budgeting, school attendance, and community relations.
• Maintains trauma-informed practices and supervises staff using 5 S's and de-escalation techniques.
• Leads staff trainings, monitors program compliance, and ensures safety of residents and transportation.
