Wedgwood Christian Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Boelkins Program, a trauma-informed residential care team serving youth aged 10-16. You will lead staff on shift, ensure safe, structured daily operations, and support a therapeutic environment grounded in trauma-informed practices.

You will mentor staff, coordinate coverage, document care activities, and help youth build life skills and positive identities while following agency policies and licensing requirements.

• Provide direction to direct care staff during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate staff coverage and ensure high-quality care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direction to direct care staff during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate staff assignments to ensure coverage and effective treatment.
• Ensure completion of shift responsibilities including documentation and programming.
• Support and guide staff in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide real-time coaching and mentorship to promote team development.
• Onboard and train new staff as assigned.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment grounded in the Sanctuary Model.
