Job summary

You will work with schools and community partners, facilitate groups, provide brief interventions, and coordinate referrals while maintaining confidentiality and strong documentation. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are required; BAT training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years providing direct youth/family services.
• Experience facilitating youth groups using trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches.
• Knowledge of trauma, ACEs, youth development, and prevention strategies.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct youth and family services and safety plans during crises.
• Deliver trauma-informed prevention programming and curricula (e.g., TREM, SAFE).
• Collaborate with schools and community partners to coordinate services.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with policies and funding.
• Protect confidentiality and comply with ethical standards.
• Refer families to external services and follow up.
