Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred and one year youth engagement experience.
  • Minimum two years of youth engagement and supervised group counseling.
  • Licensure: LPC/LSW or eligibility; LCPC/LSCSW/LMFT plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate 4–5 weekly BAM groups during the school day.
  • Provide individualized support and crisis counseling as needed.
  • Document interactions and program narratives within 24 hrs.
  • Collaborate with school staff and Youth Guidance programs.
  • Deliver trauma-informed and developmentally appropriate support.
  • Assist in budget planning for field trips and events.
  • Participate in supervision and staff development.
  • Coordinate services with LSC and parent engagement teams.
