Embark Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Associates (Mentor) to support adolescent girls (12–17) in a trauma-informed residential setting in Springville, UT. You will work on a high-acuity unit, collaborating with therapists and nurses to regulate emotions and ensure safety.

Qualifications

• High-acuity response in residential settings; manage emotional dysregulation.
• Ability to maintain boundaries and steady presence for teens.
• Willingness to learn and grow in adolescent mental health.
• Experience with adolescents in behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support students in following structured schedules and activities.
• Use verbal de-escalation; apply holds/restraints when clinically necessary.
• Develop crisis prevention strategies and manage safety.
• Ensure progress aligns with individualized treatment plans.
• Model constructive behaviours and document interactions.
• Participate in team activities and maintain living-space cleanliness.
