Qualifications
One year of experience in a similar environment is preferred.
Able to use de-escalation skills when needed.
Basic lifting and housekeeping duties required.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Responsibilities
Supervise, protect, and care for youth in placement.
Conduct youth development activities for youth in the assigned cottage.
Document resident services, incident reports, and maintain logs.
Maintain the cleanliness of the cottage and monitor safety.
