Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with adolescents in a residential treatment facility.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a good driving record and valid California Driver’s License.
• COVID-19 Vaccination Card required.

Responsibilities

• Constant supervision, protection, and care of youth.
• Work as part of the treatment team to help youth develop various skills.
• Develop and implement various activities for the youth.
• Demonstrate understanding of relationship-based treatment.
• Participates in and documents cottage group meetings.
