Child & Family Service seeks a Case Manager for the Positive Pathways Youth Mentoring Program. You will work under supervision to guide at-risk youth, coordinating services with mentors to support resilience, social-emotional growth, and recovery goals.

Responsibilities include outreach, intake, and individualized planning, with evening/weekend flexibility as needed to meet youth and family needs. A compassionate, trauma-informed approach is essential.
