Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Health Skills Trainer to provide strengths-based, trauma-informed support to youth and families involved in foster care, adoption, or guardianship. You will work with youth aged 3–18 to develop social, emotional, behavioral, and independent living skills.

You will maintain a small caseload, collaborate with caregivers, treatment providers, schools and community partners to coordinate services and promote positive outcomes for youth and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience; additional education may substitute for years of experience
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and auto insurance
• CPR/First Aid and NCI training provided by an agency
• Tier 1 Collaborative Problem Solving training provided by an agency
• Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background checks
