Job summary

Eating Recovery Center Pathlight is seeking a Yoga Instructor for a contract role delivering yoga sessions within our mental health program. You’ll plan and facilitate sessions, align teaching with Health At Every Size principles, and work trauma-informed with patients across ages.

Requirements include an RYT certificate, at least 200 hours of training, experience teaching yoga to adolescents and adults, and knowledge of trauma-informed care. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification is required.
• At least 200 hours of yoga teacher training.
• Experience teaching yoga to adolescents and adults.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.

Responsibilities

• Plans and facilitates yoga group lessons to support patients in a mental healthcare setting
• Teaches yoga aligned with Health At Every Size (HAES) principles
• Interacts with patients in a trauma-informed manner
• Manages patient sign in sheet for each group
• Reports any concerns to clinical leadership
