Job summary

Koinonia Family Services is hiring a part-time Family Specialist for wraparound services in the Lancaster area. You will work in families' homes and communities, providing direct services to youth and families, modeling positive behavior and implementing targeted interventions to support stability and well-being.

The role requires an associate’s degree in a behavioral science field (or substantial AA coursework) and at least one year of experience with high-risk youth; lived experience with

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a behavioral science-related field or substantial AA coursework.
• One year of experience with high-risk youth preferred.
• Lived experience with foster care/adoption considered.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with youth and families in home and community to develop positive relationships and plans of care.
• Model positive behavior and implement targeted behavioral interventions to promote stabilization.
• Provide skill-building interventions to improve youth and family outcomes.
• Participate in family-centered planning and CFT meetings.
• Transport youth to appointments and community resources.
