Job summary

Catholic Community Services of Western Washington is seeking a licensed and experienced Therapist to deliver intensive, community-based Wraparound services for children, youth and families with serious mental health needs. You will join a clinical team, contribute to crisis management, and participate in on-call rotations.

The role emphasizes diagnostic and ongoing assessments, individualized treatment plans, in-home services, and collaboration with natural and formal supports while maintaining

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Willing/able to obtain a Counselor Agency Affiliated Registration with the Dept. of Health.
• Experience working with children and families in a clinical setting.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Criminal History Background Checks are required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic assessment and ongoing assessment of client strengths and needs.
• Use appropriate therapeutic modalities including individual and family therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans and provide family psychoeducation.
• Provide in-home therapeutic services as indicated by Wraparound plan and perform case management as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation per agency policy and EMR usage.
• Participate in crisis management and on-call rotation.
• Engage in community relations and attend required meetings.
• Protect PHI and follow HIPAA policies and procedures.
