Job summary

Your Safe Haven, Inc. is seeking a Victim Services Manager to lead our direct services team in Bedford County, PA.

This hands-on leadership role guides advocates, shapes crisis intervention standards, and ensures confidential, trauma-informed support for survivors. You will supervise advocates, coordinate with partners across law enforcement, healthcare, courts, and child welfare, and participate in the on-call crisis rotation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of direct service experience in victim services, DV/SA advocacy, crisis intervention, trauma recovery, or a related field.
• At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of trauma‑informed, survivor‑centered service models.
• Ability to lead and coach a team with steadiness, accountability, and good judgment.
• Ability to travel throughout Bedford County and work flexible hours including on‑call evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required clearances (Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Check, and FBI fingerprint clearance).

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day victim services, including direct advocacy and community response.
• Supervise Full‑Time Advocates and volunteers; coach staff and lead meetings.
• Safeguard confidentiality and ethical practice across DV/SA services.
• Build partnerships with law enforcement, healthcare, courts, and CAC partners.
• Participate in on‑call crisis response and safety planning.
• Ensure accurate data and reporting to funders (PCADV, PCAR, PCCD).
