Job summary

Children’s Crisis Treatment Center seeks a Transportation Coordinator for the Therapeutic Nursery. You will lead the transportation team, liaise with the assigned transport provider, and ensure safe, door-to-door rides for children aged 2 1/2 to 5 with crisis and behavioral health needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of paid experience with children, plus strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to work with diverse families and agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of paid work experience with children.
• Ability to work with diverse cultures served by CCTC.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between CCTC and assigned transportation company for the Therapeutic Nursery.
• Supervise and support van aides, assuring safe and orderly rides.
• Oversee transportation for door-to-door services and assist with seating and safety.
• Complete pre/post shift vehicle inspections and incident documentation.
• Participate in mandatory trainings and meetings.
