Job summary

Children’s Crisis Treatment Center in Philadelphia, PA, seeks a Transportation Coordinator for the Therapeutic Nursery (TN). You will liaise with the van company, supervise Transportation Aides, and oversee door-to-door transport ensuring safety and trauma-informed care for children aged 2½ to 5 with crisis and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of verified paid work experience with children.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures including those CCTC serves, staff, other provider agencies, payers and regulatory agencies.
• Must have good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and support of van aides, Therapeutic Transportation Aides (TTA) assuring safe and orderly rides.
• Serve as liaison between CCTC and the TN transportation company for the TN.
• Perform pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections to ensure safe journeys for children.
