Job summary

Empower Mental Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and independently licensed therapist to join our Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation Division in a remote role. The candidate must hold an active Arizona independent clinical license and provide trauma-informed therapy to clients recovering from injury and occupational trauma.

Responsibilities include individual therapy for referrals, treatment planning, documentation, and occasional work with adolescents seven and up.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Active, independent clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Experience with trauma-informed care and injury-related presentations.
• Willingness to work with adolescents ages seven and up.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to clients referred through personal injury or workers' compensation claims.
• Develop treatment plans and complete documentation in a timely, clinically sound manner.
• Provide occasional services to adolescent and child clients (majority adult caseload).
