Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health field is required.
• Current with state licensing requirements (LMHC, LMHCA, LCSW, LSW, LCAC) or temp license within 45 days of hire.
• Knowledge of behavioral health and addiction treatment.
• Strong listening and interviewing skills; proficient in documentation.
• Willingness to travel to client homes and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy per treatment plan.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans with clients and transition plans.
• Coordinate communication with internal and external programs and services.
• Manage caseload through engagement and outreach to clients.
• Complete documentation per agency policies and attend required trainings.
