Preferred Behavioral Health Group in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Therapist (LCSW or LPC) to join our Lakewood team. The Therapist provides trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care for adults, working in an office setting with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based treatment.

The role requires NJ licensure (LCSW/LSW/LPC/LAC/LMFT) and a Master’s degree, with bilingual Spanish a plus. Salary ranges from $68,000 to $70,000 with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field is required.
• NJ licensure as LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC or LMFT is required.
• Experience working with adults with emotional/behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and determine level of care.
• Facilitate individual, family and group therapy within a multidisciplinary team.
• Develop and review individualized treatment plans and document progress.
• Respond to crises and provide case management as needed.
• Complete medical record documentation within 24 hours.
• Engage clients to support continuity of care and discharge planning.
• Participate in supervision and treatment team meetings.
