Job summary

Physician Practice Enhancement is seeking an experienced Mental Health Therapist for Partnership Health in Hamilton, NJ. We are an outpatient office serving Hamilton Township and First Responders.

The ideal candidate holds an active LCSW or LPC license in New Jersey, with crisis management and trauma experience. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, centered on evidence-based therapy and coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW or LPC license in NJ.
• 3+ years of clinical experience post-licensure.
• Experience with trauma populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with patients, staff and physicians and coordinate care.
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions.
• Administer and score relevant assessment tools.
• Evaluate and diagnose using DSM-5 and ASAM criteria.
• Develop treatment goals with clients and track progress.
• Document patient progress in EMR and coordinate care.
