Job summary

Refuge Counseling & Wellness in Vancouver, WA is seeking trauma-informed clinicians to join our supportive team. Work with adults, offering EMDR, Brainspotting, and somatic approaches, with competitive pay and a life-friendly schedule.

We provide a hybrid in-person/telehealth model, W2 employment, full benefits for full-time staff, and generous PTO. License LMHC/LCSW/LMFT required; associates with 2+ years considered.

Qualifications

• Active Washington state mental health license: LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Associates with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or couples therapy to adults.
• Build and maintain caseload with support from the Refuge team.
• Collaborate with teammates through peer consultation and learning.
• Grow clinical skills through employer-sponsored training.
