Job summary

Vancouver Wellness Studio in Washington state seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join a forward-thinking, integrative team. You will deliver exceptional therapeutic services in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment focused on whole-person wellness.

We value at least five years of post-master’s experience and active WA licensure (LMHC/LICSW/LMFT). EMDR training and work with diverse populations, including First Responders, are preferred.

Qualifications

Must have a Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling or Social Work and an active license to practice in WA (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT).
Associate licenses are not accepted.
EMDR training and experience with First Responders are valued.
W-2 employee with PTO, supervision support, and a compensation structure that rewards dedication.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered therapy.
Assess patients’ mental condition using reviews of information, interviews, and observations; collaborate with staff.
Create individualized treatment plans with goals for each patient.
Provide crisis intervention as needed.
Regularly evaluate patients’ progress and arrange follow-up care.
