Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, LMFT, LPCC or related field is required.
• Licensure in Tennessee (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or similar) preferred, or working towards licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family/couples therapy and assessments to members.
• Develop personalized treatment plans addressing mental health, substance use, and physical health needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety support for acutely distressed members.
• Collaborate with staff and community partners to support recovery and coordinated care.
