Resilience Behavioral Health of New Jersey seeks a full-time Therapist to deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based behavioral health services at its Union, New Jersey site. This daytime, on-site role supports individuals with mental health and co-occurring substance use conditions through individualized treatment.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field and NJ licensure.
• Current New Jersey clinical or associate credential such as LCSW/LSW, LPC/LAC, or LMFT/LAMFT as applicable.
• 1–2 years of experience providing behavioral health services in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of evidence-based and trauma-informed behavioral health treatment approaches.
• Strong clinical communication, documentation, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy aligned with client needs.
• Apply trauma-informed approaches including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and relapse prevention.
• Support clients with mental health and co-occurring substance use conditions within the care continuum.
• Participate in treatment planning and monitor progress toward clinical goals.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation.
• Collaborate with treatment team to support coordinated, client-centered care.
• Promote a therapeutic environment grounded in dignity, safety, recovery principles, and sustainable skills.
